I need the space. Since my oldest moved out it just collects dust. It is a nice piano. If I had the space I would keep it and get it refinished.
Some minor cosmetic damage (scratches, small water spots), but aside from that it is in great shape. Needs tuning (Has to be tuned after moving anyway.). Bench not included.
Smoke-free home.
Pick up only. I can't deliver it. It is easy to get it out of my place through the patio doors (no stairs). Very heavy! It took 4 men to bring it in. Piano dolly recommended.
