Upright Piano: 1947 Henry Herbert by Mason and Risch in Perth, Ontario for sale

I need the space. Since my oldest moved out it just collects dust. It is a nice piano. If I had the space I would keep it and get it refinished.
Some minor cosmetic damage (scratches, small water spots), but aside from that it is in great shape. Needs tuning (Has to be tuned after moving anyway.). Bench included.
Smoke-free home.
Pick up only. I can't deliver it. It is easy to get it out of my home through the patio doors (no stairs). Very heavy! Piano dolly recommended.
